Abstract
Lupus miliaris disseminatus faciei(L.M.D.F.)is a yellow-brown, dome-shaped papular eruption affecting particularly the central area of the face, running a chronic course, and terminating spontaneously with scarring.
Typical histologic features of L.M.D.F. are epithelioid cell granulomas with caseation.
The aetiology and pathogenesis of this condition are still unknown.
The treatment of L.M.D.F. has not been satisfactory despite the use of many topical and
systemic agents.
In this paper, we report that serial dermabrasions are beneficial in the treatment of the scar due to L.M.D.F.
